Pros

Some big, innovative projects with big clients in local and international market opp to work across world in projects if you have learn it all mindset, you can rotate (if you are successful) to other projects with different skill needs 5-MyDays off extra to regular leave balances Gadget allowance is decent Most people are great and helpful when needed

Cons

-Promotion depends on your boss, client paying for project and Sr leadership to approve. No benchmarking is defined to compare all in same matrix. -Pay and increments are less than market. On the same level, there may be a salary difference of up to 20-30K per year. - Big teams have burnout issues due to race for promotion to tick more boxes. - You might end up in a body-shop style project - No investment in you from company until you prove yourself for 2 years such as paid trainings . If approved, you might have to sign repayment bond for it. - Based on your team, you may not have transparency as what is going on apart from project. -No training request system, it depends on your boss. -You might not get credit to work what you did because your boss (who is your marketing person) may not highlight that above.

Pros

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Cons

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
