Pros
The people here are for the most part incredible. They are very smart, well rounded & very approachable. I've met so many great individuals here, and have made more than a few friends. Lots of emphasis is placed on training, with good (not always great) resources at your disposal. There's no question in my mind that if you jump in with both feet, you will get great experience here. You will be challenged to excel towards excellence, and be given the guidance/feedback to grow.
Cons
Some people love regular traveling, though I view it as a negative. I do enjoy occasional traveling, but not fond of the long-term traveling engagements. Also, the career management here, while it has many strengths in terms of the people involved, I believe suffers from an overall process viewpoint (mainly the system used to track project feedback and growth).
