      - Very supportive management starting from your direct manager till the top - Multiple various projects in many different technologies – sooner or later you will be able to train new skill - Amazing culture and people - Opportunities to grow (people management or technical path) - Part of large organization - well organized including all the bonuses, salary raises and benefits

      - Multiple various projects in many different technologies – you need to learn and change projects. - Part of large organization - there is bureaucracy that not everyone may like - You may not always work on the project that is awesome and in the technologies of your choice

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
