      Pros

      Avanade is not great at selling but you can get on the internal portal and do jobs for Accenture.

      Cons

      If you do too many jobs for Accenture they fire you because they couldn't do their jobs and get Avanade UX work. So they buy Fjord and then fire all their internal employees because Fjord has a bunch of UX work and UX employees.

      Company really cares for their employees, development, and culture Recognition for good work

      Cons

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
