      Pros

      Latest tech using. Good place for fresh grad career growth. Good benefits.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Overtime quite often. Will discriminate people who don't overtime. Political games are heavy here. Management can be bad sometimes. They won't care you, they just want to get the job done. You won't get warned or any correction once you make mistake. Until you make another time and the matter serious, then they will point the finger to you.

      Company really cares for their employees, development, and culture Recognition for good work

      Cons

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
