Pros
Amazing Company with: Generally good Pay, Great Benefits, Amazing Culture, Incredible Opportunities. They offer great training and progression. Depending on the project you can work from home which is a great plus. Wonderful office and support staff. They review themselves with anonymous surveys to help change the company. The UK performs excellent so that we get a good bonus every year!
Cons
The Pay brackets can be very wide, I'm a Sr analyst who is out earned by many Analyst who are lower level and less experienced. If you start at the bottom trying to get a fair pay to colleges who come in with experienced hire seems to be impossible. The impression i get, if i left the company and joined back at the same level i would be earning more than £10k more a year. I feel like i have to leave to get what i'm worth but i don't want to because i love the company and am i loyal person. When the last 2 years I've been working at Consultant levels on my projects, i do the same role as my colleagues on my project but they're earning atleast £15k more than me. We charge the same to the client, we have the same amount of responsibilities and output.
