Pros

Specific to the sales organization: Highly Professional colleagues Fun to work with Easy to work with Numbers are challenging but not unrealistic Company continues to build more support systems for the sales organization Assets that we sell continue to get refreshed

Cons

Company is large which means more overhead costs than regional competitors Internal sales process can be too long for our customer's liking Seems to be too many people required in sales specific meetings

Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

Pros

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Cons

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
