Pros
Highly capable and motivated people. Strong support from Accenture. Good connections to Microsoft. Good culture, just not supported well by current management team. If you get on the right project, can be a great learning and development experience.
Cons
Current management team has limited vision and is struggling with maintaining growth. Leadership has become heavy handed and does not support risk taking. They require Microsoft or Accenture to innovate for them. Geographically focused so project and management experience can vary significantly by our home office location.
