      if you are looking for a company that will support you from your career growth Avanade is the right company for you. Company has a lot of internal trainings depending on the career path that you want to push through. Upon hiring you will be given a free 7 microsoft certification training.

      Cons

      Low salary but it depends how you sell yourself during interviews.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
