      Pros

      A few great people. 2000 extended benefits to use almost as you wish. Generous support for Microsoft certifications

      Cons

      Inconsistent performance management. Instability at all levels of leadership. Threat of absorbsorption by Accenture but constantly denied as 2 formers CEOs left for Microsoft and current CEO is an Accenture board member with no loyalty to Avanade. Culture has been diluted especially as corporate functions were passed to Accenture control with little to no support.

      Company really cares for their employees, development, and culture Recognition for good work

      Cons

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
