Pros
Great interview process Good product for the market, but they are very slow to make changes to keep up the competition.
Cons
Negative culture Misleading communication from leadership and management "Fear" based management Toxic environment You're just a number on a spreadsheet Dont treat you like a human being Cant ask for time off unless you have been literally hit by a bus Well, if you thought everyone was so pleasant during the interview process and this is going to be an amazing place to work.... you were not alone. Unfortunately, the last interview you had is where the nice and smiling faces end. From there on out they quickly turn to scowls and the condescending tones. The culture is toxic and management won't think twice about stabbing you in the back to pass the blame on to you. I won't name names but there is a couple of managers who only know how to lead through fear of you losing your job. They don't care if you have a family to feed or an actual life outside of AutoLeap as long as you're working 14 hour days and never ask for one off. It says something when they have management/employees who have to write 15 positive reviews on Glassdoor to bury the negative ones. This is a great way to see how they mislead you right from start. I wish someone would have left a review like this before I started there because I never would have joined. Oh, I forgot to mention that within the first month or two I was let go along with about 20-30 other people. Now, if this was to happen 6 months in at least you could chalk it up to performance and that I'm spiteful ex employee who couldn't cut it, but at least I can say "it's not me, it's you" Anyway, take what I'm saying and the other negative reviews seriously because if you don't you can't say someone didn't warn you.
