      Pros

      I've had a very positive experience working at AutoLeap. The company is growing quickly, which creates a lot of opportunities to learn new skills, take on meaningful responsibilities, and contribute directly to the success of the business and our customers. One of the things I appreciate most is the collaborative team environment. Everyone is willing to help each other, share knowledge, and work together to solve problems. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about improving both the product and the employee experience. Working closely with automotive repair shops has also been rewarding because you can see the real impact the software has on helping small businesses become more efficient and successful. Pros: Supportive and collaborative team Opportunities for growth and learning Fast-paced environment with meaningful work Strong focus on customer success

      Passionate team and modern tools, but remote work challenges

      Pros

      Amazing team that is very passionate about what they do. Access to modern tools, latest frontier models, and full embracing of agentic engineering. I also particularly love working with everyone in the Auto Repair Industry. It is a very welcoming industry to work in as a beginner as people are very eager to teach you what they know.

      Cons

      Being fully remote means you need to make an effort to travel to connect with teammates or visit customers, unlike in an office environment. Personally, I much prefer this approach but I know it isn't for everyone. If you need in-office vibes every day and are not located in Atlanta, you might struggle here. However, if you thrive working independently and prioritize no-commute and more time with your family - this is probably a great place to make your mark.
