      Pros

      It's a paycheck. Better than nothing.

      Cons

      If you are white you can work in the office. If you are brown you'll be in the warehouse no matter how much experience you have. Everyone in the company is related. Family gets the high paying jobs and the kids work in the warehouse during the summer and they always get 1st shift.

      Pros

      Overtime is plentiful, it's a steady paycheck. A lot of locations and its possible to move around. There are career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Pay is not the best for the workload. Alot of corporate BS A ton of negative changes since Kinderhook bought them. Pricing is all over the place creating upset customers all the time.
