Auto-Wares interview questions

I got an email to schedule an interview. So the hr decided to have an interview in two days. We decided a time. I was waiting for them to call, but they didn't call. I called them and reminded them of the interview then they decided to have it later in the week. Even after that I had to call them and then they had a little chat about my background and my previous experience with different technologies. They asked some very ridiculous questions which was not even relevant.

Met with the VP of IS to discuss their needs and how I could help with their new Oracle installation and how we could leverage Oracle to retire legacy data storage.
