Pros
Fair hours, most holidays off, fair schedule. If you need time off or extra hours, they're usually accommodating. It really is a family. Everyone has your back.
Cons
Low pay & big box retail moving in is making customers a little more daring with what they expect. (They expect something for nothing.) You can't do that at a small business. So, it's hard to deal with the customers sometimes.
