Pros
They portray a nice song and dance. Tell you everything you want to hear, even make good on what they tell you. For a time though.
Cons
They will use your skills and talents to further their company. When you are no longer useful, they send you packing. NO warning, just fire you. So, to the point, if you are looking for anything in upper management, be very weary. Watch your back. Don't train your replacement under the false pretense that you are going to be promoted.
