      Flexible schedule. Product training like no other company I have ever seen. Training as well. They do invest in the employees above the counter sales.

      Cons

      Lack of vision. The top brass has a very old school short sighted vision of the business and the future of the auto part industry.

      Pros

      Overtime is plentiful, it's a steady paycheck. A lot of locations and its possible to move around. There are career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Pay is not the best for the workload. Alot of corporate BS A ton of negative changes since Kinderhook bought them. Pricing is all over the place creating upset customers all the time.
