Pros
It is self-rewarding, very flexible, good training and makes you feel like its second family after so long.
Cons
Unfortunately, the ceiling of compensation is too low for me. After 4 years, you cap out on raises and can't earn anymore money. Otherwise, I would continue my career in this company.
