Took a few weeks to get a call after applying online. When I was called, they offered an interview for the following week. The interview took about 30-40 minutes total. You watch a 20 minute video about what it can be like to be a direct support staff in this field to make sure you understand what you are being interviewed for, then they ask you some general questions. They act like they are hurting for more employees, but then will ask what the minimum number of hours they can offer you for you to accept the job is. Overall, friendly interactions with staff and an easy, relaxed interview. Background check had to be ran. Had to go to a place to get my fingerprints taken and had to go to another place to get a drug test. Training was a week after the interview (it's on certain dates every month) and then for several people in my training group it seems there's a week in between finishing training and actually getting to start working. Hiring process was easy if you have a clean record and can pass a drug test. However, inconvenient if you need to start working and making money quickly.
