Pros

open area, high floor office with ocean view

Cons

- Lunch time is actually only 15 mins because you have to feed kids, you are expected to have little to no resting time - Low wage - They have limited sick leave and force you to work extra if you applied for sick leave, but staff are of high risk of getting sick because of the stress and hygiene condition - If you quit before a year u have to pay them money -_- - They exhaust you, staff leave CONSTANTLY even if they have to pay to leave - 70% of new recruit leave within a year, just imagine how terrible the working experience is

Pros

Some great supervisors tickle your brain when it comes to clinical work, love how they truly individualize curricula for each kid. When it comes to behavioral artistry, I think they do an amazing job shaping that for young upcoming individuals in the field.

Cons

Nothing to really complaint about! I had a great time and got a lot of exposure and intensive training during my time spent at the company.

Pros

They spend a lot of time training employees and supporting you in sessions. Unlike other agencies, more time is spent with supervision and training.

Cons

Pay is less then other agencies
