Pros

This job gives you some life experience.

Cons

Very little to no support from the team leads. These people seem 'nice' in front of clients, yet they gave me attitude because I am an immigrant and they don't appreciate diversity at all. Professional development is not clear (or there's none imo), low pay and high expectation.
