Pros
The autonomy you were given in comparison to laborers, higher level management were very easy to get along with and willing to lesson to your ideas and thoughts. Certain aspects were unorganized, however, this lead to the opportunity to learn ALOT in a short period of time.
I recommend it for a challenge and for a first time employer for any other Graduates, do not be picky on your first job, it is all learning.
Cons
A lack of direction, holistic understanding and EDUCATION on the Production Supervisors perspective. Inability to comprehend the consequences of seemingly trivial ( to them ) shortcuts which were undertaken by their team. Inconsistencies in managing their production team.
