Some very nice servers that tend to the needs and genuinely care about people and taking care of their fellow employees as well as the customers. The GM also cares a great deal about the restaurant and it's well being.
Cons
There is too much gossip and hazing. It is very cliquey at the host stand and people are genuinely not very nice. Management is extremely disorganized and the environment is not at all professional. Scheduling is a mess and everyone is generally up in your personal business. People do not take this business seriously and that is why it is going under. It is losing its authenticity and cute Texas-y feel. Nobody cares like they used to. Training is hardly done correctly or for a lengthy period of time and while it may come easily to move up through the ranks to some, others are stuck in a dead end trying to move up because others who have been there for a shorter period of time are being put ahead of them.
