Austin Grill interview questions

After applying through a paper application, I was called in for an interview at their Springfield location after two weeks. The interview was pretty casual; I sat at one of the back booths with the manager. She mostly focused her questions on work scheduling, but also asked a few scenario questions. It was pretty straightforward and easy.
