Was a good company, has gone down the drain - Senior Consultant Aujas Cybersecurity Employee Review

Extremely top heavy. Senior leadership is disconnected from the employees. There is no training budget or employee improvement plans. It was one of the worst companies I have worked for in regards to promotions. Only those close to certain people in leadership were ever progressed. Management was like a bunch of school boys in a closed group. Extremely unprofessional in handling leaving employees. Never got the promised esop. Saw a lot of people fired on false grounds and lies being told on team calls for the reason they were fired.
