The culture at AugRay is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees.I have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The team-building exercises we do each month also really help to connect us as a company so we are a team working towards the same goal instead of separate departments ignoring one another. The amount of transparency the CEO has with the company as well as the amount of trust that is immediately offered is very rare and it immediately makes employees invested into the company because they can see their impact each day. Sales leadership team is solid. Great atmosphere to learn and grow personally along with the company. A lot of opportunity for personal growth and development. Not entrenched in organizational hierarchy. Strong leadership that doesn't micromanage, gives a ton of autonomy. Easy to see contributions and how they impact the "whole" of the company. Very transparent with financials. Literally all employees are pleasant and easy to get along with. AugRay, trusts its employees to get the job done and does not get in your way. Overall its a best AR/VR company to work with.
