Pros
Compensation and Benefits are really competitive compared with other organization in the Philippines. There are possible opportunities as well to be immersed with the Sydney team and experienced their work culture and how they do things in the main office. Office in the BGC is very accommodating. Leaders are very considerate, empowering, and flexible. We are also on hybrid arrangement.
Cons
None so far. This company is a great company to work for. If they could be a separate entity with their Philippine partner might be more effective in running the team.
