Toxic environment - Operations Manager Attic Projects Employee Review

Most construction companies i have worked for do not advocate for there customers or employees in the way that Attic projects does. Not only do they take care of there customers by going above and beyond, they do the same for the employees as well they pay very well are always busy and do there best to accommodate time off, when you hear family first its not normally the case, Attic projects is the expection and will always stand true to those words.

None that I can think of, pay is good hours are great and the work is rewarding.

I made the decision to leave my long-term employer and join Attic Projects Company a few months ago, and it has been one of the best career decisions I've made. From my very first conversation with the recruiting team, I had a great experience. Their commitment to both our customers and each other is something that makes Attic Projects a special place to work. What stands out most is that everyone shares the same mindset: providing exceptional customer service while also supporting one another internally. It's refreshing to work for a company where employees are valued, encouraged to grow, and empowered to succeed. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Attic Projects team and look forward to continuing to grow with the company.
