Working at Attic Projects as an Operations Manager has been a great experience overall. The role comes with a lot of responsibility and there is always something that needs your attention, whether it’s supporting your team, handling customer issues, keeping projects on schedule, or making sure the branch is hitting goals. The days move fast and you definitely stay busy. The hours can be long at times and there can be added stress depending on workload, but the company does a good job of recognizing people who consistently put in the effort. Hard work does not go unnoticed here, and there are real opportunities to grow if you are willing to take ownership and perform at a high level. One thing I respect is that growth is really based on you. If you want to learn more, take on more responsibility, and advance, the opportunity is there. I’ve seen people move up because of their work ethic and results. The team environment is also a positive. Most people show up ready to work and help each other out, which makes demanding days easier. Leadership has high expectations, but they also trust people to do their jobs and give them room to grow. This job is a good fit for someone who likes staying productive, wants career growth, and does not mind being held accountable.
