Pros

It’s impossible to find any

Cons

The company has become a complete disappointment on every level. What was once a place that valued commitment, initiative, and loyalty is now little more than a shell filled with hypocrisy, cronyism, and cynicism. Freedom of thought, hard work, and dedication are not just unappreciated—they are actively punished. The endless “restructuring” process since 2024 has been nothing more than a cover for mass layoffs. It culminated in March 2025 with a significant wave of departures. Those exits weren’t accidental—people left in disgust, realizing they had wasted their time and hopes. In grotesque contrast, a carefully selected inner circle was quietly promoted. Merit? None. Their only skill is sustaining a circle of adoration in which backstabbing, manipulation, and sycophancy are the currency of advancement. It’s shameful and pathetic. Managers? Only in title. Most can’t even manage their own calendars, let alone teams. They lack vision, character, and basic respect—but they are loyal to each other, not to the company. Nepotism runs rampant: friends, former colleagues, and unvetted hires breeze through recruitment. A genuine organizational culture? It doesn’t exist—fear and mediocrity have taken its place. Worse still, some managers were trained and lived under Bulgarian communism and still cling to those outdated values. It’s the final nail in the coffin. Avoid this place if you value your self-respect, personal values, and professional integrity.
