Terrible Management - Pension Administrator Atos Employee Review

This place is an absolute joke, manager don’t have there heads screwed on they don’t even know what they are doing it’s like the blind leading the blind as the one manager used to say. The work is repetitive and you are constantly watched over like a rat, if you make any sudden moves for example if you get caught talking or even checking your phone you get a whole warning about it. However you will constantly see managers themselves on phones speaking up their relatives. This place does not provide you with the proper training and if you mention that you haven’t been trained on something properly oh god oh god your head will be bitten right off believe it or not.
