Cons
Worked for 3 years, never received a pay rise. Everything is horrifically inefficient, most projects don't make a decent profit, if any at all. Company is resistant to change and uses outdated technology far behind its competitors. Internal systems are rife with red tape and you will spend more time doing needless admin rather than your actual job. You don't get promoted unless you know the management personally. Annual review is ridiculous and doesn't take into account individual strengths and weaknesses. When I started it took them a month to give me a computer. When it broke in 2014 it took 6 months to replace it. Meanwhile I had to turn up and do nothing all day. If you work here expect to work underpaid and underappreciated. You are just a number. Been working somewhere new and the difference is like night and day.
