      Pros

      Only 5% Variable pay and Take home salary is good. Good Insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Campus is outside Pune city and Commute is too expensive outside Pune city. And no city bus facility. Project managers have too much power and they just ignore HR's Management is not employee friendly
