Not much to say here, except that, being a big company with a broad international footprint you may get exposed to working with colleagues from different countries.
Cons
Excessive levels of mediocrity and selfishness in upper management. Intellectual curiosity and basic understanding of business management are absent. Bureaucratic mindset and low tolerance to people coming from other companies.
