      - fairly good salary for the region - you have to be REALLY bad at what you are doing to get made redundant - you can meet foreigners in Poland and learn something about the world!

      Cons

      - workload roulette, depending on where you are 'dropped' you have either too much or too little work - HR have no idea what is really happening and cannot tell you much about what to expect when you are being recruited
