      * Work load is cool * Good co-ordination and full support within the team members

      Cons

      Pathetic Managers i have ever worked under. Do not apply to all but at least the one under whom i worked was the most stupid i have ever seen. Upper management also is very rude and they seldom hears employees concerns.
