Pros
Good to work depending upon team,some team leads/managers would eat your head. Training programs would be given ,if the employees raise the concern over Team/Management meetings. Flexible timings,Good leave policy (2.5 leaves per month, total of 30),work life balance. Work from home facility( laptops with data card provided). Supporting colleagues and higher management.
Cons
All festive activities and fun activities happen depending upon regions. Some region only have work and no other fun activities even birthday celebration is not happening. Employees in regions have always expressed dislike on the same. When an employee resigns no vote of thanks or token of appreciation of the work done over the time is not given by the company.Colleagues have to collect money within themselves and arrange a sendoff "cakecutting+gift" party. Some timespeople wont care to raise a concern, because the higher would say "you raise a concern ,you should know a proper solution to that ". I mean then why the HR and other people are there ,they have to support the wellbeing of the employee and not expect solution from employees.
