Pros
The team. During all my time in this company, I always feel the team is, by far, the best. Very talented people, men, women, younger and older. It was amazing how we all worked together, and it's one of the core values of this company.
Cons
Definitely the low salary (near the minimum legal in Spain for graduated and PhD employees, even those leading 5+ projects with great success and incoming-benefit for the company). Lack of career projection: no matter how much you learned or improved in other areas, it was almost impossible to switch or promoted to them.
