      Immediate management is good Coworkers are good Clean work environment

      Cons

      Senior management is completely out of touch with employees Serious lack of incentives and pay raises Performance evaluation is not calibrated across all departments (some employees get inflated reviews while others who have worked very hard get an "average performance" review)
