      Pros

      Started with Atos as a graduate and the experience was very rewarding. Get to meet a lot of people and network, the scheme allows you to chose what area you would like to be in, ability to move within the scheme if you can source other opportunities. The role after the scheme becomes permanent which not all graduate schemes offer.

      Cons

      Can definitely improve the training and development in the actual role. First 3 months I had to self-teach a lot of the technologies.

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

      Cons

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
