      Pros

      I think that the chances of progression, are phenomenal. If you can prove that you have that desire, then you will be able to get funding for third party certs (Cisco).

      Cons

      Company is too laid back. It's more like the ideal "LADS" job. But if you remain focused, then this won't be an issue.
