Pros
1. Good Worklife Balance without any Technical Value addition. 2.Transportation System is Good 3.Subsidised price food but recently Increased. 4.Some very Knoledgable people are there but they are affected due to cheap politics. 5. Salary is good for most of the people.
Cons
Most of the manager dont have any manegerial skills. Most Architects dont have knowledge of Software development skills. They know how to use the Siemens Framework [ SyngoVia ] only. Other than Engineers ,MCA People get more values as They have always Nodding attitude. You can not take any decision at architecture level.Only German guys will take all the decision even though it may be Junk.
