Pay raise are non existent or really unsatisfactory compared to the market Location of the HQ is just in the middle of nowhere Very few good managers No training strategy IT drives the company as Consulting represent only 4% of Atos (IT company) total turnover that means that most of the projects are IT oriented and more AMOA than anything else
