Good hikes for laterals at the time of joining, work from home facility, flexi timings (nobody knows where you are or when you are in office)
Cons
Lack of professionalism in almost all spheres be it internal support teams such as Finance, HR, IT or even within the client facing teams. Regional favouritism is rampant. In the effort to safeguard ones own skin, none cares for any work ethics. Lots of promises are made to lure candidates but hardly any of them are true. Hence, please beware! If at all there are people sticking on to this place, its becase of vicinity to home or timings or they have been a victim of irrational bonds, or the fact that they are unable to break fresh grounds elsewhere due to the inactive job market conditions. Throughout my tenure, i did not come across a single satisfied soul who was working there out of pure passion and team spirit!
