A fair number of skilled professionals who are quite committed to their assigned areas. More often, colleagues are very willing to assist in other areas if needed,
Cons
Wayward management. Vastly overworked and underpaid mid-level management personnel. Atos has a habit of releasing SDMs and piling those responsibilities on to an incumbent overworked SDM. Should the incumbent SDM successfully merge the previous SDM's account into their purview, and dare to request compensation for additional responsibilities. This action has expedited their termination date, which was already on the books because Atos had no plans to pay the bonus which this SDM was justly expecting!
