      Lots of room to show initiative and come up with good ideas A very broad range of activities and services

      Cons

      Management by spreadsheet, with very short-term goals Complete unwillingness to invest in anything with a return of over a few months

      Pros

      Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
