Pros
Leadership confusion means Easy Street for work at home folks. Once you realize they are awful leaders, treat teams like widgets, and don't pay out on their commission plans (for sales), you can slide and not really do much of anything for a good 3 or 4 months before they get around to PIPing you. This is the most confused and deluded company you can find.
Cons
A cluster of a company. Sickening, literally. Beat them, they'll do better. That's the approach. The focus and goal is to get rid of as much American staff as possible. Syntel acquisition has them replacing US sales (and especially, and particularly, non-sales) with Indian staff. Americans who are left are in terrible trouble. They will never live up to the "new standard," which is to give your life to Atos Syntel in exchange for ... well, nothing at all. Turn back on anything they promise (don't believe a word, you will regret it every time). Also- When Atos fires or lets go of someone, they cut off benefits and pay THE SAME DAY. I am not kidding at all. THE. SAME. DAY. Didn't even know that was legal until they did it. Over and over. No severance, no benefits - the very next day after you're fired. Classy organization. I resigned. Many (MANY) colleagues and friends did not and suffered this unbelievable experience. I know for a fact and have seen it first-hand. Ask anybody who works or has at this crap-hole.
