Pros
Decent but $$$ health benefits A few good people left to work with
Cons
Horrible, horrible place to work. No regard at all for sales or interest in enabling them to sell. Every possible obstacle is put up to add stress, time, and work to the sales process. Management is like a giant void. US leaders are neutered figureheads. Paris micromanages sales and all other processes to the extent that most sales reps just give up and stop pursuing new business. Operations is just biding time. Zero respect for US staff. This year, three business days before Christmas, the CEO held a company wide call and “requested” all employees "volunteer" two days of pay the last week of the year to help the company’s numbers for 4th quarter. He made it clear that if this wasn’t done by most staff by the end of the following day, mandatory five furloughs (no pay) would be in place for the last week of the year for 50% of US staff along with layoffs and 2018 raise rollbacks. Constant changes in compensation “terms” along with outright failure to pay commissions. Few in sales are paid according to their plan if able to close a sale in spite of the swamp that is the Atos sales process. No advocates for sales exist as US “leaders” dare not speak up.
