Flexible and considerate management. Effort to create a great place to work is gathering momentum.
Cons
Aquisitive nature makes the company a vast and confusing conglomerate, with no clear culture. Lines of reporting are often blurred, and the gap between responsibility and authority can be big amongst middle management. Salary is reasonable, but does not keep pace with market rates if you stay with the company. Expanding workforce means a desk is often hard to find.
