Pros
With a good manager you could get some interesting jobs/positions, and some protection when the fit isn't as good as desired.
Cons
It seems to be extremely money-driven... to the point where everything is about billing as much and as soon as possible. The suggestion that the education budget would be used to cover shortfalls was never confirmed, but the funds would run out well before the end of the year, if they even survived the summer.
